Case Tracking

Access

Case Tracking can be found in the Dashboard.

Create Case

There are three ways to create a new case on the Case Tracking homepage:

Method 1:

Click the "Create Case" button located in the upper right corner of the page.

Method 2:

Click the "Create" icon from the expanded address details board on the right side of the case graph.

Method 3

Click the "Create" icon from the expanded address details board on the right side of the case graph.

Case Management

For a generated case, users can hover the mouse over the "More" icon located behind the case, and select options to "Delete" or "Edit" the case.

When a case is generated, users can hover over the "More" icon behind the case to delete or edit the case.

Case Graph

Case Graph consists of three parts: top navigation, left toolbar, link display area.

Address node types are mainly divided into the following four types:

On the left side of the navigation, there are tracked currency types and project names. Users can also click the "Back" icon to return to the Case Tracking homepage to view all projects.

On the right side of the navigation bar, users can enter an address in the search box to quickly find the location of the address in the graph.

The toolbar on the left side of the graph has four shortcut functions:

Address Node Details

After selecting an address node in the canvas, the address node will be marked with a yellow circle, and the data board of the address node will be opened on the right.

The data dashboard is divided into two parts: upper and lower. The upper half displays basic data of the address, including the address itself, risk level, fund data, associated entity, and label. The lower half is divided into three tabs:

  • Analysis: Statistics of transaction types associated with the account linked to the address.

  • Transfers: Transaction history details of this address.

  • Counterparties: Addresses that have transacted with this address.

The Upper Half

There are four levels of risk:

User can switch crypto or USD display amount.

The Lower Half

Tab1 - Analysis

The analysis section displays statistics on the transaction type of the account for incoming and outgoing transactions. The left side shows an outgoing pie chart, while the right side displays an incoming pie chart. When hovering over a segment of the pie chart, users can view the specific amount involved in the labeled category.

Tab2 - Transfers

Transaction History of this Address. When expanding transaction details, a "Locate" icon will appear to indicate the position of the current address. The addresses belonging to the same wallet as this address will not be added to the graph, and the addresses of the counterparties can be added to the graph one by one.

Tab3 - Counterparties

To add the address to the canvas, check the box at the end of the list. The Counterparties list contains three specific fields:

  • Transfers: The number of transactions between this address and the currently selected address.

  • Sent: The amount sent by this address to the currently selected address.

  • Received: The amount received by this address from the currently selected address.

Transaction Parties Details

When a transaction line is selected, the data panel on the right displays the sending and receiving relationship of the two addresses at both ends of the transaction line. The address marked in red is the sender's address, and the address marked in green is the receiver's address.
